Need an EXPERIENCED Line Cook to cover a shift. Head cook became "unavailable" suddenly, I have to cater an event, have two strong Cooks but they have both are just finishing training and are not up to a Saturday night yet, but will help you. It is all easy builds and finishing off of food as 90% is precooked. Our line is not much of a challenge to pick up and run with for an experienced cook. Line is front of house so must be willing to have guest interactions. Contact me! The shift is this Saturday starting at 11am!
