Are you a high volume realtor (or just starting out) looking for commitment free assistance, from a experienced agent in the real estate industry?
Offering 12 years of sound real estate experience assisting with the following but not limited to:
**responding professionally and quickly to emails, calls and inquiries
**maintaining client database
**assist with complex excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes or presentations
**prepare & organize files, folders and CMAs
**cold call clients as required
**prepare buyer and listing presentations
**preparing agreements of purchase and sale, amendments, waivers, and all other documents as required
**prepare, upload and update listings, including pictures, details, and virtual tours to MLS
**follow up and track all showings for client feedback
**communicate and coordinate with photographers, stagers, videographers etc
**track all expenses per listing
**running errands including staging walk throughs, delivering sold signs & marketing materials to listings
**follow up and close on leads via phone or email getting the appointment
**prepare marketing materials for all listings, brochures, mail outs, email blasts etc
**schedule public & agent open houses
**prepare closing and birthday gifts for clients
I am available on a contract basis. My hourly rate is $30 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.
